Can I use your photos or recipes on my website?

We would love for you to share our recipes. If you do, please link back to ApronsOnPeople.com and the original post. If you plan on using any of our content, please contact me at Cheryl-stephenson@hotmail.com so that we can visit your site! We really like being part of and are supportive of an open community of learning and growing.  We look forward to hearing from you!


I followed your recipe, but it didn’t seem to work for me.

We work hard in the kitchen to ensure that measurements are accurate and descriptions are, well, descriptive! For us, this is a passion project. We love creating in the kitchen and enjoying the fruits of our labour! If we’ve overlooked something, we’d appreciate if you would bring it to our attention.

We openly share what works best for us, and some of our favourite ingredients as well as tips & tricks that can help you with recreating the recipe.

If you choose to substitute any ingredients or skip any of the instructions, or use different equipment you may get different results. If you send your concerns to me, I can potentially help you troubleshoot the issue(s).

Sometimes we make mistakes. We’re learning and growing too. We hope that you will also use common sense and allow for human error. We strive to weed out potential problems prior to pressing the “publish” button – but, alas we can only do what we can do! 


What brands of cookware, bakeware, appliances and utensils do you prefer or recommend?

We will have posts that suggest specific kitchen utensils and equipment. We will only recommend cookware, bakeware, appliances and utensils that we use and that we vouch for. We will be creating an affiliate page that houses all of our recommended products. We hope you will enjoy them as much as we do!


I love the idea of blogging and want to start one. Can you tell me where to start?

Well, yes I can! We are in the process of adding to our page about starting up a blog. It is a sizable undertaking for sure, but we have really appreciated having others share their do’s and don’ts with us. We are a member of the Food Blogger Pro community as well as Food Bloggers of Canada.  Both of these organizations have been integral in guiding us through this experience.  We hope that we can be an inspiration for you too – answering some of your questions and giving you some insight into our story that will make your journey in your start-up more enjoyable.
