Ingredients
1canTuna
1 tbspdiced chives
1whole pickle
1tbspred onion
2tbspMayo
1tbspApple cider vinegar
1tspbutter
1/3cupShredded cheese
1leaf Lettuce
4slices Cucumber
Instructions
Drain 1 can of tuna and empty it into a bowl. Flake it apart using a forkDice 1/2 of a chive, 1 celery stick, 1 medium size pickle and 1/4 of a red onion. Add 2 tbsp of mayo and 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar.Mix thoroughly together and add pepper if desired. Use 1 tsp of butter on one side of the slices of bread Add the tuna salad on the non-buttered side and sprinkle the cheese (to add extra flavour spread mayo on the tops of the bread).Grill the tuna sandwich for about 3 minutes or until golden.Add the crisp lettuce and about 4 thinly sliced cucumbers on top.
