Sauerkraut Salad
A flavourful and colourful salad made with sauerkraut, sweet peppers and a surprising sweet & zippy dressing.

Ingredients

Sauerkraut (810g size), drained

Onion, choppped

Red bell pepper, chopped

Green bell pepper, chopped

Celery, chopped

White sugar

Olive oil
1/2
cup
Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Using a colander, drain the container of sauerkraut
Chop vegetables finely (onion, peppers and celery) and put in medium size mixing bowl
Add oil, vinegar and sugar to the mixing bowl and incorporate well
Allow salad to incorporate flavours for 15 minutes before serving.
