Ingredients

Hash browns (thawed)

Onion, diced

Cream of chicken soup

cup
Sour cream
1/2

Cream cheese, softened
1/2
cup
Butter, softened
8

Marble or cheddar cheese, grated
1/4
tsp
Salt & pepper (each)
1/2
cup
Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes cereal, crushed
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add thawed hash browns, onion, soup, sour cream, cream cheese and butter. Stir to combine.
Put in a greased 9" x 13" pan.
Cover with grated cheese and crushed cereal.
Bake at 375 degrees F, in covered baking pan for 1 hour. Remove lid to brown casserole for the last 10 minutes.
